CASEYOLIVIACasey is our clinic manager, joining VERSA after an extensive career in the hospitality industry. With a strong interest in team and culture, she is passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive environments where both clients and clinicians feel supported and connected.
Alongside her role at VERSA, Casey is Head of Team and Culture, as well as a consultant, for hospitality group Agree to Agree. Having begun her own skin journey with us and experienced the transition into a new clinic and growing team, it was a natural step for Casey to officially join VERSA in 2025 to support our growth and strengthen our connection with the community.

Olivia is one of our highly experience dermal therapist with over 11 years in the industry. From managing clinics to treating dermal skin conditions she has gained a wealth of knowledge around skin biology, anatomy, and array of treatments and cosmeceutical ingredients. Her main focus and interests are clinical, results driven treatments.
Olivia thoroughly enjoys building lasting relationships and rapport with her clients to help them feel their most confident in the skin they are in, and has a keen interest in educating clients in nutrition and the direct correlation it has to their skin health.

RACHELSTEPHRachel is an experienced cosmetic nurse with over 20 years as a registered nurse and postgraduate qualifications in cosmetic nursing.
She is passionate about building relationships with all of her clients and takes the time to understand you, creating a tailored treatment to give you back your confidence.
Rachel looks forward to taking care of your aesthetic needs across the board of wrinkle-reducing and volume loss treatments, as well as giving you lots of tips for bright and glowing skin.
Steph is a registered nurse and midwife, graduating in 2014.
Her interest in cosmetic nursing was sparked after seeing so many of her friends and family search tirelessly for competent, trustworthy practitioners in the field who take a natural approach to aesthetic nursing. She could totally empathise, having gone through the same process herself - but with so many sponsored ads, paid followers and mixed reviews out there, finding the right person was really just a stab in the dark (and ultimately, your face!) That's when she decided to go back to the books.
She undertook extensive training, working alongside exceptional professionals, before eventually going out on her own.
And so, VERSA Skin and Cosmetics was born.
Coming from a family of health practitioners, Vanessa had always been curious about the biological connections of the human body, especially the skin. This curiosity quickly grew into passion while learning about the ins and outs of skin during her Dermal Sciences degree.
After graduating in 2022, Vanessa had the opportunity to work with like-minded clinicians who took her under their wings and further sharpened her skills on medical grade laser machines and various advanced dermal treatments.
Through working in the industry, it made Vanessa realise that the meaningful connections that she establishes with her clients and being able to be there for their skin journey is what fills her cup.
Lance is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing, complemented by an Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science. He has a background in laser light physics and also works as a clinical consultant and trainer for energy-based devices.
Prior to Lance's nursing career, he was a make up artist for brands including Christian Dior and Giorgio Armani. Lance has a conservative approach and as an educator has a strong commitment to safe, evidence based practice and thorough consultation - you're in great hands!
